Returns

We can accept returns of unwanted items* if you (the purchaser):

• Contact us within 14 days of the item delivery, letting us know you wish to return the items
• Post the item(s) back to Little Green Tree in a resalable condition
• Include an explanation as to the reason for the return
• return the items to us within 30 days of the date you received your delivery.

*Unfortunately, the following items can not be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
• Any personalised items.

Resizing of rings, for example, will be carried out by Little Green Tree at no extra cost but the customer will be responsible for postage costs.
